We want you to love your brew as much as we love our machines, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Ratio coffee makers and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund or exchange to ensure your home coffee ritual is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select your reason for return.

  Pack Your Machine

  Carefully place your Ratio machine and all original accessories back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
